This brand new custom home is located in the heart of the Buckeye Lake region in the Compass Point development. We have furnished the home with custom Restoration Hardware furniture throughout the living area. The master bedroom is located on the first level, just steps off the great room. The bedroom has a king size bed with a private master bath. The second level has a second bedroom with a king size bed with a full, private bath. We created built-in, twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom and also hosts a private bath.

Every bedroom is equipped with a 65 inch flat screen TV and the main room has a 77 inch flat screen TV to enjoy movie night. While preparing for your day on the lake, enjoy your favorite songs on our Sonos music system thru out the house.

There is a spacious covered outdoor kitchen to enjoy the beautiful views or test your grilling skills on the built in gas grill or Kamado Joe which ever you prefer.
