A Florida style 4 bedroom, 1 bath home nicely decorated in and just a minute’s walk to the lake’s walking path. The home is fully equipped with all you need to make a great meal and hosts a gas stove, a bar with 3 bar stools and a dining table (table seats 4). In the living room you will find comfort in a large, comfy sectional couch, a gas fireplace and 3 televisions with cable along with plenty of DVDs for movie watching! Laundry room included. The back yard is fenced and includes a wood-burning fire pit, chairs and charcoal grill.
