Visit Boatyard at Buckeye Lake on Saturday, November 12 at 7 p.m. for a live performance by The River Rats! The River Rats are an Americana trio from the “Y Bridge City” known as Zanesville, Ohio. The live upbeat percussion, original acoustic ballads and instrumental fiddle pieces stem from the Appalachian culture in the foothills of southeast Ohio. Randy Gleason is a 25-year-old solo acoustic artist from Shawnee, Ohio. At the age of 12, Randy picked up the guitar and started learning by playing old classic rock songs. At the age of 22, Randy decided to break off and become his own solo act. Randy brings high energy that is not accustomed to just regular solo acts-- covering music from the '60s to now with everything from Neil Young to Three Doors Down.
