The Ocean’s Friend Aquaculture and The Harbor Community Center in the village of Buckeye Lake are partnering together to put on a seafood cookout event June 19th with live music by David Spires in the pavilion, beer garden and 50/50 raffle. (non-alcoholic beverages will also be available)

To precede the opening of Ashtyn’s Seafood House in Columbus later this year, we will be hosting cookout events regularly to gauge the public interest in fresh seafood and other dishes we are thinking of offering at the restaurant. The goal of the ASH is to be the first restaurant 100% committed to using US-Sourced Seafood (including the shrimp and fish we raise at our family farm, TOFA). We are also dedicated to using 100% US-Sourced Ingredients, focusing on at least 75% of which is from local Ohio farms.

Meal 1 Lobster Dish ($45) :
– (1) 1-1/3 LB live Maine lobster offered with butter and signature dipping sauces
– (2) 10CT sea scallops
– 0.5lb of 20CT whole saltwater shrimp from our farm
– (2) 3” corn-on-the-cob
– (1) serving of high protein brown rice

Meal 2 Tilapia Dish ($30):
– (1) 9oz tilapia fillet from US farms offered with butter and signature dipping sauces
– (2) 10CT sea scallops
– 0.5lb of 20CT whole saltwater shrimp from our farm
– (2) 3” corn-on-the-cob
– (1) serving of high protein brown rice
