Enjoying watching cars, trucks, and motorcycles from 5 to 8 p.m. There will also be music, food, and door prizes! Come celebrate your Independence Day the best way we know how... on your boat! Start from Liebs Island and make your way down the lake to Waterfront at Buckeye Lake for final judging. The theme for our parade this year is Your Patriotic Superhero! This could mean The Hulk, Superman, and Wonder Woman, or it could mean any of our Special Forces or Public Defenders! If none of these "float your boat" just deck out your boat to be the most Patriotic!

Residents and visitors alike celebrate Independence Day each year with an annual boat parade. Decorated boats depart from Leibs Island and make their way along the North shore, through Cranberry Bay, past Harbor Hills and end at Papa Boo's. Prizes are awarded based on a different theme each year.

Buckeye Lake Pet Fair & Exotic Animals

The Harbor Community Center 5312 Walnut Road, Buckeye Lake, OH

On Sunday, July 17, visit The Harbor Community Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a special pet fair! There will be exotic animals, pet contests, arts and crafts, pet vendors, face painting, pet photography, a silent auction, and more! Schmidt's Food Truck will be there serving lunch. Parking and admission are free! The event is pet-friendly, so bring your furry friend for a fun afternoon!

Tour de Buckeye Lake

Tour de Buckeye Lake is cycling event for any skill level, focused on displaying the beauty of the Buckeye Lake region hosted by Bike Buckeye Lake. Bike Buckeye Lake is a nonprofit whose mission is to create a healthy, vibrant, and economically enhanced community with a recreation trail. On Saturday, August 20, the Tour de Buckeye Lake returns.
