Join Buckeye Lake Winery to experience and explore all the nuances of the Buffalo Trace bourbon experience, hand-rolled cigars by Don Rey and small appetizer pairing. Start the evening with a taste of four bourbons paired with small appetizer pairings and finish the evening with a demonstration on hand rolling cigars. The bourbon selection includes Buffalo Trace, Weller Special Reserve, Weller Antique 107, and Eagles Rare. On the menu is salmon mousse with bacon and fennel, flank steak crostini with oat cheese and pickled onion, roasted sweet potato with prosciutto, and apple charlotte. Cigars flavors are to be determined. Price of admission is $100 per person and additional cigars and bourbon will be available for purchase during the event.
