Millersport & Fairfield Beach

Fairfield Beach and Millersport offer a perfect blend of lakeside beauty and small-town holiday magic. In Fairfield Beach, peaceful walking paths wind along the shoreline, perfect for soaking in the quiet charm of the season. Buckeye Lake Winery adds to the festive atmosphere with winter activities, pop-up events, fine wines, and a cozy lakefront setting ideal for gatherings & holiday parties.

On the southwest side of the lake, Millersport captures the spirit of a classic lakeside town. Its walkable Lancaster street is lined with local favorites like Millersport Coffee, Si Señor Taco Mexican Grill along the canal, and Karen’s Bakery & Custom Cakes, a beloved local bakery known for its sweet treats. At the heart of town, the Millersport gazebo becomes a picture-perfect holiday scene, glowing with lights and surrounded by festive decorations that bring the community together. Visitors can also enjoy a bit of holiday shopping at charming local businesses such as the Buckeye Lake Place before venturing to Liebs Island, where the Buckeye Lake Dam Trail begins—offering scenic views and a refreshing lakeside walk.

  • Miracle on Lancaster Street | Nov. 8th – Get in the holiday spirit early before everyone else starts celebrating, by coming to Miracle on Lancaster Street! Santa will be there giving carriage rides and be sure not to miss out on some great deals and specials at different businesses all day long on November 8.
  • Paint & Sip at Buckeye Lake Winery | Nov 9 & Dec. 14 – Join Buckeye Lake Winery for a relaxing and creative afternoon at the winery! Their Paint & Sip event is open to the public and perfect for a fun outing with friends or a unique way to unwind. Tickets are $35 per person – includes 2 hours of guided instruction and one glass of wine with purchase. No experience necessary—just bring your creativity and they’ll provide everything else you need. Come sip, paint, and enjoy the beautiful setting at Buckeye Lake Winery!
  • Holiday Sip Shop & Savor at Buckeye Lake Winery | Nov. 22–23 – Stroll through the barn, listen to holiday tunes, shop from incredible vendors, grab a drink at the bar, and say hi to Santa! Free to the public.
  • Millersport Christmas Parade | Dec. 7 – Join the Village of Millersport for some hometown holiday cheer! The parade kicks off at 6 PM from the Millersport Elementary School parking lot and makes its way to the gazebo at Gift & Lancaster Street.
  • Jingle All The Way Winery Tour with Cork & Tap Excursions | Dec. 14 – Gather your friends, wear your favorite ugly Christmas sweater, and enjoy a day of sipping, singing, door prizes, and cookies at Rhonemus Cellars, Buckeye Lake Winery, and Rockside Winery for just $45 per person.
