Regulate, Restore, Reclaim. Sunday Reset is a gentle, supportive experience designed to help you release the stress of the week and prepare your body and nervous system for the days ahead. Visit The Harbor Community Center on Sundays from February 8th to March 29th to have slow, accessible movement support. You can expect nervous-system focused breathwork, restorative poses with options, gentle sound for deep relaxation, and a calm, welcoming environment. This event will occur weekly for 6 weeks for 1 hour for $15, brought to you by The Nurse Intuitive. Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (bolster, blanket, eye pillow, etc.). All levels welcome – including beginners.
