What better way to kick off Hereinafter Cocktail Tavern newest idea: STEAK NIGHT THURSDAYS, than to do a tasting of great steak wine with Dylan Barile of Vintage Wines. On this night you will try all four of our filet mignon steaks with their accoutrements. Your plate will be filled with filet mignon 4 different ways: Steak Diane sauce, Chipotle Hollandaise sauce, A1 compound butter and fried onions, and Bourbon Poblano Cream Sauce, or choose your favorite(s) of the bunch and enjoy. We will also kick off the night with our Hanger Steak Salad w/ Chimichurri dressing. In addition we will be tasting Dylan’s Einaudi Nebbiolo from Piedmont, De Sanger Malbec from South America, Alexander Valley Vineyards “Homestead” red blend, Pine Ridge “Traveler’s” Cabernet Sauvignon, and Textbook Cabernet Sauvignon. In other words, all the wines that are known throughout the world for being great with steak!
