Horvath’s Harbor has been dreaming of tiki torches and tropical tunes since Christmas, and now it’s finally here. Winterfest 2026 is their spirit season, and this year they’re going full Hawaiian hullabaloo. If Santa had a surfboard, he’d be here. Come early, stay late, and wear your best Hawaiian hoodie.
