From The Inside Art Exhibit at The Harbor Community Center

There is new art up at The Harbor Community Center — and it’s worth a stop. The gallery is hanging work created by inmates at the Licking County Justice Center from September 16th through November 6th. Art is how people tell their story. The Harbor is helping them do exactly that. Come see what these artists created!
