Fit N’ Paddle at Buckeye Lake

The 30-minute mini yoga session is beginner-friendly and is designed to help you find balance and calm and then paddleboard along the snug harbor with your instructor using one of the provided paddleboards. The session will begin with a quiet meditation time to calm the mind and prepare the body. The 30-minute Pilates session is appropriate for anyone who has Pilates experience yet easily modified to the beginner. Participants start with a slow range of motion warm up and move into a session of controlled movements that work the entire core. You will finish with a relaxing cool down revisiting mobility and balance.
Once your session has ended, you’ll have the opportunity to paddleboard up and down the Snug Harbor.
