The Buckeye Lake Carp Round Up is a free 2-day fishing tournament held at Buckeye Lake that is open to all ages. The tournament’s goal is to help fight algae by reducing the carp population. Carp stir up lake sediment, releasing phosphorus to the water column, providing a critical nutrient for the growth of harmful algae. There is $2,000 in cash prizes awarded plus, both days, anglers weighing-in 15 lbs. or more of carp will receive a free Carp Round Up koozie (while supplies last)!

This tournament is lake-wide; you can fish from anywhere on Buckeye Lake. The weigh in location is at the North Shore Boat Ramp, you can weigh-in anytime between 6:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.
