What is the Spring Dinner?
The Spring Dinner is an annual event organized by the Buckeye Lake Civic Association that serves as a celebration of the spring season. It’s a time for community members to gather, enjoy a seasonal meal, and engage with each other in a friendly and social setting.
The evening begins with a social hour where attendees can mingle and enjoy drinks from a cash bar. This is followed by a sit-down dinner featuring a menu of classic dishes that are perfect for the season then capped off with a sweet dessert.
After dinner, there’s a meeting that includes area reports from the association, providing updates and valuable information about the community’s status and finances. Additionally, the event features guest speakers who offer further insights and updates relevant to the community.
The Spring Dinner not only provides an opportunity for socializing but also functions as an informative session, keeping residents connected to local developments and fostering a sense of involvement and community spirit. It’s a chance to enjoy the company of neighbors, learn about community matters, and embrace the new beginnings that come with spring.
