A beautifully developed sidewalk, complete with lighting and benches, winds its way from the heart of the Village to Canal Park. The park features a large picnic shelter, a gazebo, a playground, recycling bins, and the entrance to the Ohio Canal Greenway Trail—a scenic walking path that connects to Buckeye Lake. Just across the street, lighted softball fields come alive with activity from spring through fall each year.
Both the picnic shelter and gazebo are available for daily rental—perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, and other gatherings. To reserve, a completed rental request form must be submitted in person at Village Hall, along with a $25 rental fee (plus an additional $10 if the gazebo is included).
For residents of the Village of Hebron, this fee is refundable after the event date, provided proof of residency is submitted at the time of application and all applicable rules are followed.
